Types of Roles We Offer

Tour Guides & Storytellers

The heart of our company. Guides lead guests through our Wicked Walking Tour, Wicked Historical Tour, Wicked Night Tour, Wicked Halloween Tour, and other future experiences. They are historians, performers, educators, narrators, and guest-service professionals all in one.

Creative & Media Roles

For those who excel in video, editing, photography, design, branding, social media, or copywriting. These roles help bring the Wicked Salem Tours story to life across digital channels and creative series.

Operations & Support Roles

Behind-the-scenes team members who help with logistics, scheduling, on-tour assistance, customer service, and administrative support. These roles contribute heavily to the smooth operation of daily tours.

Seasonal & Event Staff

We hire additional team members during peak seasons—especially October—to assist with Halloween operations, crowd coordination, themed tours, and guest engagement.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Wicked Salem Tours, including:

  • Managing daily tour operations and schedules.
  • Supervising and supporting tour guides.
