Tour Policies

Everything you need to know before joining a Wicked Salem Tour.

Booking & Payment

  • All tours must be booked in advance through our booking page.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
  • Group bookings may require a deposit.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please review our Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy.
  • We recommend booking early to secure your preferred tour and time.
  • Tours may be canceled by Wicked Salem Tours due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances; in these cases, full refunds or reschedules will be offered.

Arrival & Late Policy

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your schedules tour.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour experience or missed portions of the route.
  • We are unable to extend tours for late arrivals, as our guides must adhere to schedules routes and timing.

Weather Policy

  • All tours take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Tours may be modified, shortened or rescheduled for extreme weather to ensure guest safety.

Accessibility & Mobility

  • Tours involve walking outdoors and on uneven surfaces.
  • Guests with mobility challenges should review our Before You Book page for route details and accessibility notes.
  • Service animals are welcome, but pets are not allowed.

Guest Conduct

  • Respect for guides, other guests, businesses and local residents is required.
  • Abusive, disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
  • Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted during tours.

Photography & Media

  • Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use.
  • Any media used for commercial purposes requires written permission from Wicked Salem Tours.
  • Our guides may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes; by attending, you agree to possible inclusion.

Children & Minors

  • Children under a certain age may require adult supervision. See the Before You Book page for details.
  • Guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and behavior of their children during tours.

Safety & Liability

  • Tours involve walking outdoors and urban environments.
  • Guests participate at their own risk and are expected to follow guide instructions.
