Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

The Wicked Salem Tours Holiday Giveaway is sponsored by Wicked Salem Tours, Salem, Massachusetts.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:

  • Legal residents of the United States

  • Who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Wicked Salem Tours are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on December 15, 2025 at 9 a.m. EST and ends on December 25, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST.

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To enter:

  1. Follow @WickedSalemTours on any social media platform.

  2. Like the official Giveaway post.

  3. Comment on the official Giveaway posts as instructed.

  4. Must be subscribed to the official @WickedSalemTours on YouTube.

  5. Must answer the questions posted daily marked with our Holiday Giveaway Marker correctly. The image is shown on our website above the giveaway rules, as well as our last social media post.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or submitted using multiple accounts.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Two (2) Free Tour Experiences for 2026

Approximate Retail Value: $60

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, redeemed for cash, or exchanged unless determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Winners will be announced daily on or about 11:00 p.m. EST via our social media handles:

  • Comment reply on the original Giveaway post

  • Direct message from @WickedSalemTours

The winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Wicked Salem Tours permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and entry for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway

  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Wicked Salem Tours and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical issues, platform outages, or human error

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

12. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
