Wicked Connector Participation Agreement

This Wicked Connector Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Wicked Connector program operated by Wicked Salem Tours (“Wicked Salem Tours,” “we,” “our”).

By participating in the Wicked Connector program, submitting an application or engaging in any collaboration under this program, you (“Wicked Connector,” ‘you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

Independent Collaboration Program

The Wicked Connector program is a curated collaboration and relationship network. Participation does not constitute employment, partnership, joint venture, agency or representation of Wicked Salem Tours.

Wicked Connectors participate as independent entities and are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance and legal compliance.

No Guarantee of Compensation or Opportunity

Acceptance into the Wicked Connector program does not guarantee:

  • Paid work
    Ongoing collaboration.
  • Revenue sharing.
  • Product placement.
  • Promotion or exposure.

All benefits, opportunities and collaborations are offered at the sole discretion of Wicked Salem Tours and may vary by tier, category, performance and availability.

Brand Standards & Representation

Approved Wicked Connectors may reference their association with Wicked Salem Tours only in an accurate and non-misleading manner.

Connectors agree to:

  • Uphold professional conduct.
  • Respect brand tone, narrative and public image.
  • Avoid false claims of endorsement, employment or exclusivity.
  • Refrain from behavior that could harm the reputation of Wicked Salem Tours.

Wicked Salem Tours reserves the right to request removal or correction of any content that misrepresents the brand.

Intellectual Property & Usage

All Wicked Salem Tours trademarks, logos, imagery, tour names, storylines and brand assets remain the exclusive property of Wicked Salem Tours.

Limited, revocable permission to reference the brand may be granted on a case-by-case basis. No ownership rights are transferred.

Wicked Salem Tours may reference approved Wicked Connectors in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidential Information

Wicked Connectors may be exposed to non-public information including operational details, creative concepts, campaign plans or internal communications.

Wicked Connectors agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Not disclose proprietary information without permission.
  • Use internal information solely for approved collaboration purposes.

Right to Modify or terminate Participation

Wicked Salem Tours reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Wicked Connector program.
  • Change tiers or benefits.
  • Suspend or remove any Wicked Connector at any time.
  • Terminate participation with or without notice.

No compensation is owed upon removal or termination.

Non-Exclusive Relationship

Participation in the Wicked Connector program is non-exclusive. Wicked Connectors may engage in other collaborations provided such activities do not conflict with or harm Wicked Salem Tours.

Limitation of Liability

Wicked Connectors participate at their own risk. Wicked Salem Tours is not responsible for:

  • Loss of income.
  • Business expenses.
  • Third-party disputes.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Updates to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the Wicked Connector program constitutes acceptance of the most current version.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to clfict of law principles.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Wicked Connector program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Agreement.
