Wicked Salem Tours Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective Date: May 11, 2025

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Wicked Salem Tours, (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). By applying for and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 

Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address and payment method. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. 

Affiliate Dashboard

Upon approval, you’ll receive access to your Affiliate Dashboard where you can generate referral links, view performance stats, and track commissions.

3. 

Commissions

You will earn a commission based on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link.

• Commission Rate: $5.00 USD per valid sale.

• Qualifying Sales: Only new customer purchases made through your unique link within 30 days.

• Payout Threshold: Minimum of $20 required to receive a payout.

• Payout Schedule: Payments are issued on the 1st of each month via PayPal.

We reserve the right to withhold commissions on suspected fraudulent activity or refunded purchases.

4. 

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Only use approved marketing materials.

• Accurately represent Wicked Salem Tours and its services.

• Disclose affiliate status clearly per FTC guidelines (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission…”).

Affiliates may not:

• Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) bidding on our brand name or domain.

• Mislead users or make false claims.

• Spam or engage in unethical marketing practices.

• Present themselves as an employee or representative of Wicked Salem Tours.

Violation of these terms may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. 

Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and will remain in effect until terminated.

• You may terminate at any time by closing your affiliate account.

• We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.

• Upon termination, you will lose access to your dashboard, links, and any unpaid commissions (if termination is due to violation of terms).

6. 

Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding the success or earnings of your affiliate efforts. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your participation is at your own risk.

7. 

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify affiliates via email or via the dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance.

8. 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
